Main
Module
- Track the number of customers you have.
- Track the number of applications you
are processing any given time.
- Once you receive the application from
the "Customer Module" you can
either send it to an Underwriter (in house
or external) and then to a lender or send
it to all underwriters and lenders who
specialize in this type of a loan.
- Track the applications that are with
underwriter and lenders to ensure everything
is moving smoothly. System allows you
to communicate with users and tracks all
communication for future reference.
- View real time reports to see which
applications are on each Status, or how
a particular team member is doing. (broker,
underwriter, lender)
- Run automated credit checks.
- Add / modify / delete brokers, underwriters,
lenders and customers.
- Admin login allows you to revoke anyone's
access within a few clicks.
Customer Module
- From your website, Customers can give
them self access to your secure vault.
- Once logged in they can view the loan
applications you want them to view. (access
based control)
- Customers can then fill out the applications
and send them to you via the vault.
- Customer can come back to check the
status of their application, send information
to you (questions, comments) etc.
- They can come back and update their
application, apply for different loans.
(if you want them too).
Underwriter Module
- Your system takes the underwriter though
a fairly detailed registration form to
understand the type of business each underwriter
specializes in.
- Once you receive the application from
the "Customer Module" you can
send it to a specific underwriter, or
to all the underwriters whose profile
matches the details provided by the customer
in their loan application.
- Underwriters are then alerted via e-mail
(SMS Etc) to log into the vault. Once
they log in, they their applications.
After viewing the loan applications, if
they feel they can underwrite it, they
can accept the loan application at which
time it disappears from all other underwriter's
vault.
Lenders Module
(similar to underwriter
process, however, different logins)
- Your system takes the lenders though
a different detailed registration form
to understand the type of business each
lender specializes in.
- Once the application has been underwritten,
you can send it to the Lenders. You have
the option of sending it to a specific
lender or all the lenders whose profile
match the details provided by the customer
in their loan application.
- These applications can be provided to
the lenders in any format that they prefer.
If they want to log into your system to
view the applications, then alerts are
sent out to them. If they prefer to have
the application send in a particular format,
we can allow that.
